Financial Mediator

The Office of the Financial System Mediator is an independently-managed institution founded by the Central Bank of Armenia. The mission of the Office of the Mediator is to resolve pecuniary disputes between individual consumers and financial organizations. The Mediator’s services are free of charge. The complaint review process is simple, swift, and transparent.
Those clients, who are physical persons, have the opportunity to present their claims, arising on transactions between the client and the company, to the mediator of the financial system.

Working hours of the Financial System Mediator are as follows:

  • Monday-Friday: 9:00-18:00
  • Lunch: 13:00-14:00

New working schedule
