We are looking for an experienced high performing team player who will join our commercial team as Commercial director.

An excellent Commercial director has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills and is ready to work in our dynamic and rapidly growing organization to add value to our activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing Marketing and Project teams efforts.

Job responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Team development and sales related coordination in all stages of  customer attraction process
  • Potential partners/merchants list development and their classification
  • Implementation and maintenance of QR and NFC non-cash and contactless payment systems at merchant points through direct sales
  • Technical implementation, testing and launch of the non-cash payment systems in cooperation with technical team
  • Development of strategies and  promotion campaigns for non-cash and contactless payments with the marketing team
  • Monitoring of the commercial activities performance using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management 
  • Assistance in setting financial targets and budget development

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a senior manager
  • Direct sales experience in retail industry
  • Higher economic / mathematical education
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English will be regarded as an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Readiness to work and support business processes overtime if necessary

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced high performing team player who will join our Financial department as a Senior accountant.

This position requires an accounting professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. You must be highly analytical, organized and skilled at accounting, communication and problem solving.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Assist during the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Manage daily internal and external transactions
  • Provide branches financial Supervision and Cash Control
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Liaise with Financial director and Accounting manager to develop, expand and improve financial reporting procedures

 

Required qualifications

  • At least 2 years proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or senior  accountant /preferably in banking sphere/
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian tax and economic legislation,
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, basic knowledge of AS
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English will be a plus
